Villagers and Domino Records have announced that Conor J. O'Brien will play a very special intimate show in the Workman’s Club, Dublin on Thursday 16 September.
It will be an invite only gig but for your chance to win tickets to this special performance, just turn to page 9 of this week's issue of Hot Press magazine and answer the simple question posed on the www.hotpress.com home page to be in with a chance to win this fantastic prize.
Conor will performing songs from the Number One and Mercury Prize nominated debut Becoming A Jackal.
Today FM’s Paul McCloone will be broadcasting his show live from the club from 7-10pm so if you don’t win tickets you can listen to the gig on your radio! Conor will also be joining Paul on air to spin some of his favourite songs.
Villagers have the following Irish dates confirmed with tickets are on sale from www.ticketmaster.ie and other outlets:
The Forum, Waterford (13 December); Set Theatre, Kilkenny (14); Savoy, Cork (15); St. John's Church, Limerick (17); Black Box, Galway (18); Limelight, Belfast (19) and Vicar Street, Dublin on Tuesday, 21 December.
