Limerick's Gohan Records, along with Live 95's Green And Live show, is giving up-and-coming acts the chance to feature on a new compilation of local talent.
The brainchild of former Cranberries guitarist Noel Hogan, the 12-track Tone List CD – the Icelandic for 'music' apparently – will be available later this year in record stores nationwide and for download on iTunes.
Any Limerick based band or solo artist can enter; simply send one track on CD, along with some bio information and contact details, to Green And Live, Limerick Live 95FM, Radio House, Dock Road, Limerick.
The closing date for entries is May 9.
And Live 95 will also be busy promoting local talent at tomorrow's Green And Live show in Dolan's (March 27), featuring Ian Whitty and the Exchange, Deaf Animal Orchestra, and Walter Mitty and the Realists (pictured). The show is free and starts at 8pm.
