The Script announce Aviva show

The Dubs will play their first stadium headliner next summer

In the wake of selling out their upcoming tour - 60,000 tickets sold in 20 minutes - Dubliners The Script have confirmed that they'll play The Aviva Stadium on Saturday July 2, 2011.

This will be the trio's first stadium headliner, and will act as a homecoming following their March tour.

The pop/urban act have gone from strength to strength since they burst onto the scene with single 'We Cry' two years ago. The band's second album Science and Faith topped both the Irish and UK album charts in its first week of release, and are so far, the fastest selling live act in Ireland this year.

Tickets for The Script Homecoming show, priced from €44.20 inclusive of booking fee are on sale this Wednesday November 10 at 8am.
