The Pale return!

Dublin legends The Pale are back with a new EP, The Final Garden.

The EP will be launched with a party in Dublin’s Bewley’s Theatre on March 2.

The opus was produced by Colm “Q” Quearney who also supplies support when Matthew Devereux & Co. descend on Grafton Street.

Also in the can are a new album, a song in Irish for an as Gaelige compilation, and a five-track John Kelly Mystery Train session.

Upcoming at Bewley’s on February 23 are Matt Lunson and Valerie Frances.

The Pale have lined-up a series of dates around the country in the coming months, including support slots with Sultans Of Ping and The Stunning.

Unlikely to bother the mainstream in a million years, ‘Elizabeth In Rags’ is still an old school Irish indie belter and proof that there’s life in some of the old dogs yet.
