Professor Green takes on Ireland

Smart rhymer to play Belfast and Dublin this month.

The Hot Press Newsdesk, 20 Oct 2011

With his controversial lyrics and hard man demeanor, British rapper Professor Green has certainly weathered the rocky road to stardom.

The 28 year-old's story is one of ever changing tides - including being stabbed in the neck merely two months prior to his high profile collaboration with Lily Allen.

But his second album At Your Inconvenience (reviewed by Maeve Heslin in the new issue of Hot Press) proves he is back with a vengeance. An unexpected venue for the tough rapper is The Kitten Bar, Belfast on October 28 with a follow up gig at The Academy, Dublin on the 29.

Tickets are €18.50 (without booking fee) and available from Ticketmaster outlets or www.shine.net
