Midlands Music Festival line-up revealed!

Following on from last year's inaugural festival, the bill for the country/roots-centric Midlands Music Festival has been revealed.

The legend that is Christy Moore is set to headline the festival, which takes place at Belvedere House, Co Westmeath, on 28 and 29 July.

Other headliners include country star Kris Kristofferson, Glen Campbell, Steve Earle and Paul Brady.

In addition Richard Thompson, Ricky Skaggs, The Waterboys, Gillian Welch, Allison Moorer, Prison Love, Leonard Cohen presents 'Anjani', The Hillbilly All Stars, HotHouse Flowers, Bray Vista, The Be Good Tanyas, Tom Russell, Blind Boys of Alabama and many more have been lined up.

The line-up for a world music stage is yet to be confirmed by the promoters, POD and Raglane promotions.

Tickets are priced at €80 per day, €150 for weekend passes and €170 for weekend plus camping. They're available from Ticketmaster and all usual outlets.
