Maverick Sabre to headline Strawberry Fest

A sort of homecoming...

Maverick Sabre will be bringing it all back home during the summer when he appears as part of the Strawberry Fest 2012 in Enniscorthy, County Wexford.

Early Bird tickets priced €40 (three days) and €64 (three days + camping) are available now from www.shop.strawberryfest.ie

The bash, which last year attracted 20,000 punters, runs from June 1 to 3 with Maverick headlining on the Friday night.

“The last gig I played that close to home I was about 17, I can’t wait to play the festival,” says the New Ross singer who broke the news this morning on Beat 102 103. Also confirmed are Mikel Paine and The Original Rudeboys, with dozens more to follow.
