Laura Izibor bags India.Arie support

The Dublin soul songstress sets off on a Northern American tour with Arie ahead of her debut album release this summer.

It would seem only consummate performers would have the honour of sharing a stage with Aretha Franklin, Al Green or James Brown, but Izibor, only 21, has already done this and more, and is about to embark on her latest high-profile tour.

Izibor will jet off on tour with Grammy-award winning soul artist India.Arie next month, playing 24 shows across the United States.

Her debut album Let The Truth Be Told is on sale this May, and singles 'From My Heart To Yours' and 'Shine' have already garnered significant praise from Rolling Stone, Billboard and the Guardian, as well as featuring on several TV and movie soundtracks.

The first stop on her North American tour is this Wednesday, April 1 in San Francisco. For full US tour dates click here.
