In-stores for Hard Working Class Heroes acts

Those going to the Hard Working Class Heroes musicfest in Dublin next weekend (August 26-9) will be mighty thrilled to learn that there will be a series of lunchtime in-stores at Tower Records as a taster for what the three-day event holds.

HWCH showcases the best of Irish talent - as much to give newer bands the exposure they deserve, as to revel in Irish successes like Mundy and Paddy Casey.

Soft Cuddly Toys, Fair Verona, Mighty Stef, Panda Kopada, The Flaws, The Urges and Chuzzle are among the bands playing the various venues in Dublin. But up for some lunchtime rock action are the following:-

Tuesday 23 August - Hybrasil
Wednesday 24 August - Ann Scott
Thursday 25 August - Porn Trauma
Friday 26 August - David Hopkins
Saturday 27 - Fred
Sunday 28 August - Bleedin Bleedins.

They'll be at Tower Records on Wicklow St, off Grafton St, at 1pm.

Also up for some HWCH fun are 2FM. Jenny Huston and Dan Heggarty wll host sessions by the following acts, on the following days:
