Damien Rice announces American tour

It seems there’s no rest for the wickedly successful, as Damien Rice announces his US/Canadian tour for this September.

The Hot Press Newsdesk, 10 Jul 2007

It might be another few months before Damien Rice gets a good night’s sleep, as the singer has announced more details of his coming tour.

His US/Canadian tour is confirmed for September, where the singer plays dates in Boston, New York, Nashville and Toronto.

This American tour follows his jam-packed summer, with a European tour where Damien visits the UK, Italy and Germany.

And on top of this there’s yet more dates in Australia, Japan and Korea, before he returns to the UK to play the sold out V festival, as well as his big Irish date in Dublin's Marley Park.

The line-up for Damien's August 25 Irish date was recently confirmed and sees KT Tunstall, The Guillemots, Willy Mason and Fionn Regan playing support.
