Damien Dempsey adds extra date to Dublin tour

Due to phenomenal demand, the Irish singer/songwriter will play another solo show at Whelan's on December 18.

Tickets are priced €31 and are on sale now through Ticketmaster and other usual outlets nationwide.

This will be the fourth and final date added for Whelan's and a rare chance to catch Damien in small venues around the city before he heads into the studio to record his next album, the follow up to 2007’s To Hell or Barbados and the acclaimed The Rocky Road.

The rest of Damien's December dates are as follows:

December 9 - Civic Theatre - Tallaght – SOLD OUT

December 11 - Draiocht - Blanchardstown – SOLD OUT

December 12 - Axis Theatre - Ballymun

December 13 - Pavilion Theatre - Dun Laoghaire

December 17 - Whelan's - Dublin - SOLD OUT

December 20, 2.30pm (ALL AGES SHOW) - Whelan's - Dublin
