Other Voices is back

RTE's premier music show will be filmed in early December

Other Voices is returning for its ninth season next month. The four-day music event will be filmed between Saturday December 4 and Tuesday December 7, and is set to feature some incredible acts. Band of the year The National will be there in Dingle, as will Marina and the Diamonds and blues-folk duo Smoke Fairies. Richard Hawley curates one night, and his guests will include his old Pulp cohort Jarvis Cocker and the fantastic Laura Marling. From the Irish end of things, Cathy Davey, And So I Watch You From Afar, The Minutes and O Emperor will all perform. The show will once again be presented by Annie Mac and will be transmitted across a host of platforms, from RTE television to the internet.

A limited number of tickets will be made available in Dingle on Saturday November 20 and on www.tickets.ie on Monday November 22. Tickets are priced at 35 euro with a maximum of two tickets per night and a limit of two nights only.
