And somebody approved this? “We do ‘Don’t Fear The Reaper’, right, but with a 240 BPM house beat and…” Aaaaargh! This is as bad as it sounds, more’s the pity since the two extra tracks included here evidence a considerable ability in writing and playing appealing AOR pop. Great vocalist too. Of course it’ll probably be a hit with beered up festive fuckwits. And then the Alice Band will have to keep playing it live, serve ’em right.
